Summary:
_ Peppermint oil makes digestion easy. It is carminative. Externally: it is used for pain relief, revitalizing  body and feet, and for treating common cold.
 

Composition:
- Menthol, Menthon, Sceniol, Mentin, turbines, limonene, tanning (tread) Tanik acid and vitamin C.
- It contains menthl.
-Menthol has a great ability in relieving headache anti-diarrhea- raises temperature dehydrator.
- Alkavon is analgesic for spasms and anti-convulsive. Almnon , Sunnis , Alcadnyin and limonene are diuretics and anti- phlegmatic and bloody vomiting and it kills worms.
 

Use:
Internally:

-Peppermint oil treats indigestion and colic, an anti-spasm, carminative, intestinal antiseptic. It stimulates digestion by increasing stomach acidity. It slightly, numbs mucous membranes and gastrointestinal tract. It treats chills, cramps, indigestion and diarrhea.
-It regulates menstruation.
-It is also treats dental pain and cold.
-It is useful for  treating headaches, heart disorder, nausea, lack of appetite, rheumatism and cramps.
 

Externally:
- It treats asthma, cold, nerve pain, migraine. Massaging with peppermint aromatic oil is a tonic for body and feet, and removes stomach cramps.
 

Dosage:
-Externally: if necessary.
-Internally: use ( a teaspoon after extending with olive oil of at average1 - 10).
 

Warning: using a large quantity of peppermint oil may slow iron absorption.
