Tact Wheat Germ oil

-Wheat germ oil is one of the most perfect foods. It is rich in vitamin E, essential fatty acids and unsaturated EFA (Essential Fatty Acids), which is the core of the wheat grain, 3% of its normal size. It is No. 3 in the list of the 25 most important nutritional supplement and its classification is rising.
-For slimming: 1-2 tablespoon. For health: body needs 2-4 tbsp every day.
-It is useful for colon and reduces blood sugar, immune support , prevents aging and vasoconstriction. It reduces strokes by 75% and reduces the risk of malnutrition, cardiac muscles. Wheat oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. It has a special flavor and it is one of the richest vegetable oils in vitamin E. The importance of using it with food, salads and vitamin E is very important for reducing the oxidation of some of the key cell components (antioxidant) and it extricates oxidative substances (free radicals) that are harmful to body.

What is wheat germ? 
-It is the core of a wheat grain. It represents about 3% of its normal size.
-It is not (bran) that contains only vitamin B.

-It reduces the risk of heart attack: by reducing the levels of total cholesterol and harmful LDL lipoprotein. Researchers indicated a reduction in cholesterol by 1%. It reduces the risk of heart disease by 2%. Canadian studies have confirmed that 25 mg of vitamin E reduced blood cholesterol by 3% and this percentage increased to double when dose is doubled  to 50 mg every day for thirty days. 
-It reduces colds for elderly: U.S. researchers reported that vitamin E protects elderly from cold. It may help some older people in avoiding upper respiratory system diseases. It treats muscle malnutrition, infertility, and some cases of anemia in infants. 
- Some recent studies have shown that vitamin E prevents at least two common types of cancer which are prostate cancer and bladder cancer. The necessary quantity of wheat oil is estimated 25-20 mg or a teaspoon of wheat oil. 
-It is useful for treating hair loss and vitaminizing hair roots and eliminating genetic baldness and dandruff by rubbing scalp twice a week for three months. It is useful mixed with castor oil to vitaminize eyelashes.
- In case of sexual impotence for men: take one teaspoon every day.

For weight loss:
- 1-2 tbsp .Then, drink a cup of water 15 to 20 minutes before eating or with one tablespoon or two tablespoons of milk as a substitute for a meal. 
 General Health 
-2 to 4 tablespoons every day with meals. Taken teaspoon per day, equivalent to 25 -50 mg of vitamin E and the dose is doubled according to doctor 's opinion. It contributes in building a lean body without exposing it to weight loss.
