Tact pineapple oil 

Pineapple contains Bromelain enzyme , an enzyme which works aside from being an anti-inflammatory to remove cellulite. Pineapple is rich with water that makes it easier to get rid of body toxins. A study conducted by scientists from the University of Oregon in the United States have found that eating apples and pineapple after meals (not directly) helps stomach to feel full and a sensation of satiety for a long time, and  this is due to vitamin C and pectin. Fibers also helps to ease digestion and defecation  and thus protects the digestive system of constipation and the advanced diseases.

Pineapple contains many important vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, thiamine, potassium and also fiber.

Studies have shown that Bromelain found in pineapple has the capacity to break down  proteins that cause coagulation and blood clotting, which makes blood rush more freely and thereby protects heart from disease and strokes, also found that Bromelain works to treat breathing and asthma problems that occur because of thick mucus, it is works to dissolve phlegm. It also plays an important role as anti-inflammatory, so it is recommended to take supplements containing Bromelain after surgery. Research indicates that pineapple helps to relieve pain and inflammation which includes arthritis and some skin problems such as, acne, dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Large amount of Vitamin C is found in pineapple. vitamin C is known as strong antioxidant that protects body from free radicals, which can cause infections such as, heart disease, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, and asthma and colon cancer attacks. Pineapple also contains manganese significantly, an assistant agent to a number of important enzymes that produce energy. It gives one cup of pineapple approximately 128% of the recommended daily value of manganese.

Pineapple is one of the foods rich with fibers which have a known role in regulating digestion process. The largest percentage of fibers that are found in pineapple is soluble fibers where these fibers are working on stomach water absorption and then absorb as much of the fibers and minerals from food. A small proportion of fibers are insoluble fibers that run on the speed of the output of digestion so do not stay much in stomach.

Pineapple also contains Bromelain enzyme which works to improve the digestion process. indicates Medical Center of American Maryland University that Bromelain helps relieve stomach pains and diarrhea. However, eating large amounts of it can cause problems in the intestines, Eating food that contains many fibers leads to diarrhea and mushy waste. The large amount of Bromelain in your intestines can cause nausea or diarrhea.

The American Diabetes Association says that foods that contain fructose help raise blood sugar, but at the same time, the Association suggests that this does not mean to stop a diabetic from eating such foods, It can only control the quantities of such foods consumed by the next to be rich with nutrients. Experts of the association  stress that the pineapple is rich with fiber and antioxidants and a wide range of vitamins and minerals so it is a good option for sugar-rich foods, as it contains no fat or cholesterol.

Dosage: a teaspoonis recommended  before eating in the morning
